Discover the latest advances in cancer research by submitting your abstracts and attending Markey Cancer Center Research Day on May 9, 2018.

Researchers (students, post-doctoral fellows, faculty and staff) whose work highlights any notable aspects of the overall cancer program at UK are invited to submit poster abstracts.
From the accepted abstracts, posters will be divided into the following research categories:
- Basic Science
- Clinical
- Translational
- Population-based
- Biostatistics/Bioinformatics
- Informatics/IT
- Core resources
Awards will be presented to the top poster presentations for both graduate students and post-doctoral fellows following the keynote address. (The Core Resources abstracts/posters are informational only and will not be judged.)
In addition to the poster awards, the Program Committee will select one graduate student project, one post-doctoral fellow project and one junior faculty project to be presented orally at the event. Presenting authors of these abstracts will be notified by April 9.

Don't have an abstract but want to attend? Registration is free to University of Kentucky students, faculty and staff -- as well as to Markey Affiliates, official exhibitors/sponsors, Patient Advisory Group members and guests from the University of Louisville.
