Zack Stacy, J.D., is the Intellectual Property Manager in the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) at the University of Kentucky (UK), where is focused on providing intellectual property analysis and assisting in developing intellectual property protections strategies for UK innovations.

Zack is a licensed patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He worked in industry for several years including a startup in Los Angeles and a central Kentucky aerospace manufacturer where he had roles in capital project engineering and learned about intellectual property development, licensing and acquisition. Zack has a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and a Juris Doctorate, both from the University of Kentucky.
