Victoria Hamilton is the Launch Blue manager for the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) at the University of Kentucky (UK), where she is responsible for communications, events and program support.

Before coming to UK, Victoria was an advertising and media professional who worked with numerous clients in education, healthcare, opioid awareness and the food industry. She has also worked with national nonprofits in agricultural education and curriculum, including with the Animal Sciences Department at UK, where she was an instructor and coach for the Livestock Judging Program. Victoria has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in community and leadership development from the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the University of Kentucky.
